| Description: | This position performs general maintenance duties on company tools, vehicles, and equipment. Delivers materials and equipment to and from projects as needed and as directed by supervisor. |
| Duties: | Makes necessary repairs on Company equipment and tools; performs maintenance as scheduled and directed by supervisor; delivers materials and equipment to and from projects as needed and as directed by supervisor; maintains a clean and safe work area; sweeps debris and gathers and discards trash, scrap iron, and scrap wood; transport material to appropriate position on project site; strips (dismantles), cleans, stacks, and transports concrete forms to next location; maintains materials yard; removes snow from assigned areas; maintains corporate office grounds and building; performs other related duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | : Performs essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing threat of harm to self or others; has high school diploma or equivalent; has commercial driving experience; has CDL and clean driving record; has mechanical, automotive or small engine knowledge; handles very heavy work in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move object; has at least 2 years experience in construction; works effectively as a member of the Field Operations Group.
