| Duties: | Preparation of heat and material balances, developing process data for equipment, hydraulic and other process design calculations; development of PFD’s and P&ID’s, equipment sizing, and control scheme definition; review of drawings and specifications prepared by other disciplines to ensure compliance with process requirements; will contribute to technical proposals and function as lead engineer on certain projects, providing technical direction to and reviewing work product of non-senior level Process Engineers.

| Qualifications: | BS degree in Chemical Engineering; minimum 5 years of process design/engineering experience with emphasis in preferred areas of sulfur recovery, general petroleum refining, gas treating and processing, natural gas compression stations, or mineral processing; must be able to independently perform a variety of process engineering activities for all phases of process development and design from conceptual studies to detailed engineering and start-up support; must use independent judgment to evaluate, select, and apply standard design techniques; strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: MS degree in Chemical Engineering; PE License; 10 years experience |
